1/4 cup pitted black olives -- chopped
1/4 cup grilled red bell peppers -- seeded and diced
1/4 cup grilled yellow peppers -- seeded and diced
2 tablespoon crushed red pepper flakes
1 tablespoon fresh garlic
2 tablespoon fresh thyme
1/4 cup chopped fresh parsley
2 tablespoon sherry vinegar
1 tablespoon honey
3 tablespoon olive oil
salt -- to taste
freshly ground black pepper -- to taste
Instructions:
In a mixing bowl combine all ingredients and season to taste with
salt and freshly ground pepper. Serve with grilled chicken or fish.
