1/3 cup water
1 tablespoon butter or margarine
1/2 small apple -- chopped
1/4 small onion -- chopped
2 tablespoon walnuts -- chopped
1 cup herb-seasoned stuffing
cubes
4 pork chops -- 1-1 1/2 inch
thick
Instructions:
Prepare grill. Combine water and butter in Batter Bowl; microwave
until butter is melted. Chop apple, onion and walnuts in Food Chopper.
Combine apple, onion, walnuts and stuffing with butter mixture. Slice
a pocket in side of pork chops with 5-inch S NOTES : Variation: Substitute
cod fillets for pork chops. Prepare as directed above. Grill for 5
minutes. Turn fillets using Bar-B-Boss; sprinkle with dill weed. Continue
cooking additional 5 minutes or until fish flakes with fork.
