2 shallots -- chopped finely
1/2 cup medium-dry sherry
1/4 cup olive oil
salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:

you flip head over heels about this simple pork tenderloin marinade.
Let marinate in an air-tight plastic bag, at room temperature, for
