1/4 teaspoon salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1/4 teaspoon paprika
4 butterfly pork chops
1 tablespoon olive or vegetable oil
1 cup orange juice
2 tablespoon maple syrup
2 tablespoon orange marmalade
Instructions:
Combine first 3 ingredients. Sprinkle on each side of pork chops.
Let stand in refrigerator for a minimum of 2 hours. Combine orange
juice, maple syrup and orange marmalade in sauce pan had heat to just
boiling. Reduce heat and simmer for 20 minutes. Prepare grill. Grill
pork chops on oiled grill over medium heat for 5-6 minutes and then
turn over. Glaze chops with glaze on both sides during last minute
of cooking. Pork is done when internal temperature reaches 155F. Do
no over cook.
