4 tablespoon ground cumin
4 tablespoon chili powder
2 tablespoon ground coriander
1 tablespoon cinnamon
2 tablespoon brown sugar
2 tablespoon salt
1 tablespoon red pepper flakes
2 tablespoon ground black pepper
Instructions:
Place all ingredients in a jar with a tight-fitting lid; shake well
to blend seasonings thoroughly. Store covered at room temperature.
Makes about 1 cup (enough to coat 2 slabs of pork back ribs). Description:
