1 12 ounce ca orange juice
concentrate -- defrosted
1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon ground cloves
1/4 cup oil
8 chicken breasts
- skinned and boned
Instructions:
Combine orange juice concentrate, cinnamon, lemon juice, and oil in
a non-reactive dish. Add chicken and turn to coat on all sides. Cover
and refrigerate for several hours or overnight, turning chicken occasionally.
Remove chicken from marinade. Grill until cooked through but not dry,
5-8 min, depending on the intensity of the heat.
