1 small chicken
4 centiliter garlic -- crushed
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 lemon -- juiced
1/2 cup olive oil
Instructions:
1. Cut the chicken in half or quarters. 2. Mix remaining ingredients
together. Reserve 1/4 cup of this sauce and rub remainder into the
chicken. Let marinate 2 to 4 hours. 3. Barbecue or grill the chicken,
basting frequently with reserved marinade.(Personal note: I find that
11 minutes on each side is good for a 3-3 1/2 lb chicken, grilled
