1/4 olive oil
2 tablespoon lemon or lime juice
3 centiliter garlic -- minced
1 teaspoon honey
3/4 teaspoon dried thyme -- crushed
1 teaspoon red pepper flakes
salt and pepper to taste
4 chicken breast halves
boneless and skinless
Instructions:
In a small bowl, combine all ingredients except chicken; mix well.
Cut chicken lengthwise into strips about 1 inch wide. Thread chicken
onto 8 skewers; brush generously with sauce mixture. Grill chicken
over hot coals, covered, 3 to 4 minutes on each side or until chicken
is cooked through, basting with sauce once or twice. Discard remaining
sauce.
