--garlic and fresh oregano marinade--
1/4 cup olive oil
1/2 cup coarsely chopped garlic
1/2 cup fresh oregano leaves -- coarsely chopped
1 tablespoon sherry vinegar
2 tablespoon lime juice
1 tablespoon honey
2 teaspoons ancho powder
2 chickens -- quartered
1 cup grilled pepper and black olive relish

Instructions:
Combine all marinade ingredients in a mixing bowl. Mix until thoroughly
combined in a mixing bowl. Marinate chicken for 1 hour. Prepare a
wood or charcoal grill and let it burn down to embers. Grill chicken
for 4 minutes on each side or until done. Serve with the relish spooned
over it.
