Chicken Barbecue Sauce - Dave s
Ingredients:
3 cups ketchup
1 cup minced onion
1 cup dry red wine
3 large garlic cloves -- minced
2 tablespoon ginger -- grated
2 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
2 tablespoon Dijon mustard
1/2 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup brown sugar
1 cup oyster sauce
1 teaspoon Tabasco sauce
1 teaspoon ground coriander
black pepper to taste
Instructions:
Combine all ingredients and simmer for 20 minutes. Cool and serve
on the side. This freezes well. |
