***STRONG TEA SMOKING MIXTURE***
1/2 cup long-grain rice
1/4 cup loose black tea
3 tablespoon brown sugar
2 10 ounce boneless chicken breasts
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 teaspoon salt
Instructions:
Combine salt and sugar in a bowl. Rub into the chicken. Cover a refrigerate
overnight. Smoke for 30 minutes. Let rest 5 minutes before slicing.
