4 chicken breast -- boned &
skinned
3/4 cup salsa -- divided
3/4 cup Italian salad dress --
divided
4 slices mozzarella cheese
Instructions:
In plastic bag combine 1/4 cup each of salsa and Italian dressing;
add chicken. Marinate for 1 to 2 hours in refrigerator. Remove chicken
and discard marinade. Heat remaining salsa and dressing. Place chicken
on gas grill over medium flame cooking 5 to 8 minutes per side. After
turning chicken, top with cheese and cook until melted. Serve over
rice or pasta and top with heated sauce.
