1/2 cup nonfat dressing -- miracle whip free
1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese -- (1oz)
1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
4 chicken breast halves -- boneless, skinless
1-1/4 pounds
Instructions:
Stir dressing, parmesan cheese and seasoning. Place chicken on grill
or rack of broiler pan. Grill or broil 8 to 10 minutes, brush with
half of sauce during last 3 minutes; turn and continue grilling or
broiling 8 to 10 minutes or until tender. Brush with remaining sauce
during last 3 minutes.
