4 beef rib eye steaks
- or chuck top blade
- -- (charcoal) steaks,
- cut 3/4-inch thick
1/4 cup Worcestershire sauce
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/4 cup lime juice
2 tablespoon vegetable oil
2 garlic cloves -- crushed
1 tablespoon chili powder
1 tablespoon brown sugar
---mango salsa---
2 cups diced tomatoes
1 fresh mango -- peeled and diced
1 bell pepper -- seeded and diced
6 green onions with tops -- diced
1 large fresh jalapeno
-- seeded and diced
1/4 cup lime juice
1/2 cup fresh cilantro -- chopped
1/4 cup pecan pieces -- toasted
Instructions:
Serves 4 in 30 Minutes 1. Mix Worcestershire and next 6 ingredients
for marinade. Marinate steaks 15-30 min. 2. Combine salsa ingredients.
3. Grill steaks 4-6 inches from medium coals for 8-10 min., turning
once. 4. Serve steaks with mango salsa. 5. Cut steaks in 1/4 inch
slices, if desired. Serving Suggestions: Rice and Steamed Broccoli.
