1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
1/4 cup dry white wine
two lemons -- juice of
2 tablespoon fresh minced oregano -- (or 1 tbsp dried)
4 cloves garlic -- minced, up to 5
3 dried bay leaves -- broken into small
-- pieces
freshly ground black peppercorn
Instructions:
Whisk all ingredients in glass bowl. Apply to lamb or beef. Let marinate
4 hours or overnight.
