1 cup catsup
2 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
1/2 teaspoon celery salt
1/8 teaspoon hot sauce
1-1/2 pounds ground beef
2 tablespoon onion -- finely chopped
salt -- to taste
pepper -- to taste
6 hamburger buns -- split,
-- toasted and buttered
Instructions:
Combine catsup, Worcestershire sauce, celery salt, and hot sauce in
a saucepan; bring to a boil, and set aside. Combine beef, onion, salt,
and pepper. Shape into 6 patties 1/2" thick. Place on grill 3 to 5
inches from coals; cook 3 to 5 minutes on each side or to desired
degree of doneness. Baste occasionally with sauce. Serve on buns with
