2 pounds beef tri-tip
***MARINADE***
1/2 cup dark Mexican beer
1/2 cup basic vinaigrette
3/4 cup soy sauce
4 chile tepin peppers
3 cloves garlic minced
1 teaspoon dark brown sugar
1/2 white onion -- diced
1 tablespoon white vinegar
Instructions:
Whisk all ingredients together well. Place tri-tip in a glass baking
dish and cover with marinade. Marinate for at least 4 hours, better
overnight. Grill to desired degree of doneness.
