1/2 cup steak sauce
2 tablespoon lemon juice
1 large onion -- peeled, thinly
sliced
2 medium garlic cloves -- peeled, minced
1-1/2 pounds flank steak -- round or shoulder
coarse salt and black pepper to taste
Instructions:
In a shallow glass pan, combine steak sauce, lemon juice, onion and
garlic. Add steak, turn to coat and marinate for 1 hour. Preheat grill
or broiler. Remove steak from marinade, season with salt and pepper
and place on rack. Grill over medium coals or set 6 inches under broiler,
and cook until desired doneness (10 to 15 minutes for medium), basting
often and turning once.
