6 each sirloin steaks
4 teaspoons whole peppercorns
1/2 cup bottled steak sauce
2 tablespoon Dijon-style mustard
1 tablespoon brown sugar
1 teaspoon salt
Instructions:
Crush peppercorns coarsely with a rolling pin. Mix Steak sauce, mustard,
brown sugar and salt. Marinate overnight or until ready to cook. Grill
as usual, using the marinade as a baste. Very good pepper steaks!!
