1 pound flank steak
1 teaspoon ground cumin
1 can diced tomatoes with garlic and onion
1 can golden sweet whole kernel corn -- drained
1/2 cup thick and chunky salsa
1/2 cup diced green bell pepper
1/2 cup sliced green onions
Instructions:
Rub cumin over meat. Season with salt and pepper, if desired. Grill
meat to desired doneness. (6-8 minutes for medium rare; 8-10 minutes
for medium; 10-12 minutes for well done, turning once). Combine tomatoes,
corn, salsa, green pepper and onion. Thinly slice meat and serve over
vegetables. Serve with lime wedges and cilantro, if desired. Recipe
