Marinated Flank Steak - 3

Ingredients:

1 cup consommé -- or
1 cup beef bouillon
1 cup red wine
2/3 cup soy sauce
1/2 cup green onions -- sliced
1 cup garlic -- minced
2 tablespoon lime juice
2 tablespoon brown sugar

Instructions:

Score steak on both sides in 1-1/2" squares. Marinate in other stuff 8 hours in refrigerator. Grill to desired degree of doneness. Slice across grain into thin slices.
