Indonesian Chicken Satay

Ingredients:

2 chicken breasts
1 pound beef tenderloin
***marinade***
2 tablespoon sweet soy sauce*
1 teaspoon lemon juice
3 tablespoon hot vegetable oil
1/2 teaspoon coriander
2 tablespoon hot vegetable oil
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon lemon juice
2 tablespoon sweet soy sauce*
***for Indonesian soy sauce -- (sweet)***
1 cup Chinese or Japanese soy sauce
1/2 cup molasses

Instructions:

Mix together marinate and pour over bite-size pieces of meat. Let marinate for two hours. Thread bite-size portions of meat on bamboo sticks (do not use metal). Grill over charcoal coals until well done but not dry. Baste as necessary. Mix only; no cooking.
